About the event
We are having an exercise class! Brittney Shanice, Wellness Educator and Mindset Coach will be holding an all levels cardio class for us! This is a FREE class and we will focus on exercises you can do with or with our equipment for beginners and enthusiasts alike! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
Just bring yourself and a yoga mat!
