Fresh Start Survivor Membership

On  February 21, 2016, Emmanuel Agyemang (Dr. Agyemang's only sibling) lost his battle with osteosarcoma. This membership honors Emmanuel's memory by offering FREE lifetime memberships to survivors of pediatric cancer. There are so many considerations in caring for children and adolescents who have survived a malignancy and we will be providing a Fresh Start to survivors from 12 and up who have survived or are currently fighting a malignancy. Apply below and we will set you up as soon as possible.
